About the role
We are seeking a passionate and experienced Dispense Cocktail Bartender to join our vibrant team at Steer Dining Room in South Yarra, VIC. You will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional service and creating delightful cocktail and beverage experiences for our discerning guests.
What you'll be doing
Preparing and serving a wide range of cocktails, spirits, wines, beers, and non-alcoholic beverages with speed and precision
Maintaining a clean, organised, and well-stocked bar area to ensure efficient operations
Providing outstanding customer service and creating a welcoming atmosphere for all guests
Adhering to food safety and liquor licensing regulations at all times
Collaborating with the kitchen team to ensure seamless service
Supporting the bar manager in inventory management and stock control
What we're looking for
Minimum 2 years of experience as a cocktail bartender or similar role in a high-volume hospitality setting
Strong knowledge of cocktail recipes, bartending techniques, and liquor products
Excellent customer service skills and a friendly, outgoing personality
Ability to work efficiently and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
Proven track record of adhering to food safety and liquor licensing regulations
Enthusiastic and passionate about the hospitality industry
